Out-of-pocket fees
Dr. Caraballo is not in-network with any insurances but he can provide you with paperwork for reimbursement from your insurance company if you are seeking out-of-network sessions.
Fee schedule is as follows:

- Adult Consultation: $1,000.00 (60mins)
- Child and Adolescent Consultation: $2,000.00 (120 mins)
- Psychotherapy session fee: $650.00 (45min)
- Psychopharmacology follow up session fee: $550.00 (30min)
Please note that the fee for the first session (Intake/Consultation) is a different amount than ongoing/follow up sessions.
